Destiny Tea House: "Bubble tea and Taiwanese food" Destiny Tea House Tip by mim95

Destiny Tea House, Toronto: 1 reviews and 0 photos

Traditional Chinese design and furnitures.

It's popular, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Young people love to get together and have bubble tea and chat.

Favorite Dish: Bubble tea is a must try if you come here. It's chilled tea (green or black), usually with taprioca, that comes in many flavours, eg. honey, mango, pineapple, and anything that you can think of! The bubble tea craze all started in Taiwan in late 1980s, and has spread all over the world ever since.

For dinner, you can try a large bowl of thick soup with squid, or noodle soup.

There are many snacks that go well with bubble tea, my favourite is Taiwanese sausage with honey.
