In Mongolia we enjoyed our stays in the gers. The interiors of these spacious tents are very colourful. In the ger are four beds and they are very comfortable to sleep and live in. The outer and innermost material of the ger is canvas with a layer of felt sandwiched in between. If it's cold there is a stove in the middle for heating and if it's hot the sides of the ger can be rolled up.
