The actual Cathedral?s façade (known as Obradoiro) was built between 1738 and 1750. This façade gathers details that can be seen along the chapels that compose the Camino de Santiago (Santiago?s road).

The two towers were formerly Roman but through refurbishments they became Barroque in 1675. The belfry that stands to the right is the Bell?s Tower. The belfry that stays in the left is the Rattle Tower ? this one is used in Holly Week.

Inside the Cathedral there?s the Porch of Glory (facing the Obradoiro square), an outstanding work of sculpture. There are other two doors, apart from Porch of Glory, to enter the Cathedral.
