"It's time for Flamenco" Flamenco Tip by cosmogypsy

Flamenco, Madrid: 29 reviews and 26 photos

I really enjoyed this!!! I forget how I got this tip but a friend of mine who spent some time in Madrid was also given the same tip. Supposedly this is a place where people who perform Flamenco hang out.

You pay a cover and that gives you the show and a drink on the house. I recommend eating something before especially if you don't eat meat.

There is a menu so you can order Tapas during the show, but they were all with meat, so I couldn't eat anything until afterwards.

The show was great. Filled with passion! I can't wait to see another performance.

Dress Code: It is a little formal inside. I wouldn't wear jeans, but a nice pair of pants would be appropriate. A jacket wouldnęt be necessary but would be ok.

Make a reservation so that you are assured seats. We had to wait until the next show because the early one was full.

Address: Canizares, 10
Directions: It is in a little alleyway, but all the locals around there knew where to find it. Just ask someone, they were all very helpful. I had to ask a lot!
