"the Cu Chi Tunnels" Out of Saigon - Cu Chi Tunnels Tip by brewjohnson

The tunnels give you an unbeleivable perspective of what conditions the people of Vietnam (as well as Americans) faced during the war. It is amazing to be able to climb through the very same passageways that were used to fight our soldiers (if you're American that is). You'll leave with an appreciation of what both sides experienced during that long conflict. One of the most fascinating things about the tour is that before being led through the tunnels (normally by a soldier who fought during the war), you are given a screening of an anti-US propaganda video on the tunnels. It is a very interesting experience to say the least.
