Once in the Hanoi airport, do not waste your time telling to the taxi driver in wich hote you want to go, anyway he will take you only to the hotel or hotels he chooses!
I read about this fat in Sir Richard pages before leaving, so I said where I wanted to go, but did not get upset when he brought me somewhere else.
The hotel was fine and probably it was one of the best hotel experiences I have had so far.

Fun Alternatives: If you really want to go in a specific hotel, contact them before leaving and they will make sure that someone is waiting for you in the airport, I did this way, when I came back to Hanoi as I really loved my cab driver choice!
