There're lotsa guest houses in the Old Town. This place I stayed is very nice, clean and comfy, 24 hours hot water, and reasonably cheap.

Unique Qualities: Traditional Naxi style acoomodation with courtyard. Dorm bed 15-20Yuan. Double room only 30 Yuan. They provide meal service, you can enjoy home style dinner with the staff and other travellers at 8 Yuan. Clothes washing 10 Yuan per full machine lot, they wash and hang for you, good price.
