Oh here is one of my little tips when I go to Italy. Well breakfast is of course a couple of capp's and some pasticcerie; you know, chocolate croissants or jelly pastries. Then lunch is gonna be a massive panini pollo sandwich at a bar. Lots of bread. Then dinner is probably pizza quattro staggione with a salad after. Full, already. OR you can have pasta or chicken or fish. The thing is, its all this starchy, carbohydrate-filled food. No wonder they're such good cyclists! So, I almost always end up going to Chinese restaurants after that and getting heaps of vegetables. This place in Milan was so good I went there twice and everything was great! The servers there cracked up when I showed up the second time
