Florianska - Street, Krakow: 26 reviews and 34 photos
Florianska Street connects the fragments of the Old Town's walls (and the Florianska Gate) with Rynek Glowny (the Main Market Square). It is a main promenade in the old Krakow where car traffic is strictly prohibited. Interesting houses, festival-like climat, many exclusive boutiques against sellers standing on pavements and looking for a naive clients. Some great pubs and historical restaurants.
To be honest I go there nearly only when I show Krakow to somebody! It is always rather crowded so you can move too fast. And what is the funny the two parallel streets have not even 1/4 of number of people on Florianska St. But maybe the reason of this situation is fact that every tourist must go through Florianska St. and every Krakow's citizen feel to be obliged to show it to every her/his guest.
