There are two parts to the Arad Evans Inn: the restaurant and the bistro. The restaurant is a tablecloth gourmet experience -- you need reservations and bring money :) The bistro is, in effect, the bar -- no reservations, a lighter menu [a great 4 cheese thin crust pizza for example], no tableclothes and lighter prices. Come early if you want to eat in the bistro.
The house used to be owned by friends of our family an it is odd to see it reconfigured for use as a restaurant.

Favorite Dish: This last visit I had the shrimp sambale with coconut rice. The two desserts are creme brulee and the fresh sorbets. The dark one was black currant and very delicious.
