Sol Luna: "Wish this restaurant was in Houston" Hood River Restaurant Tip by topmarmot

Hood River Restaurants: 7 reviews and 13 photos

The food is a mixture of Mediterranean, North African and Middle Eastern. It is located in a former home and has a big patio out front with tables. A great feature is that there is a separate restaurant with its own menu where kids can be dumped while the adults enjoy a quiet dinner below.

Favorite Dish: Excellent Greek Salad, almost as good as the real thing. We had Piri Piri Chicken with Saffron Rice and a marvellous Lamb Stew with Couscous. This was all from the set price dinner menu, which includes dessert, in our case a coffee cake served with both cream and ice cream. Decadent! The only niggle was that they ran out of decaf coffee. Surely that's a felony in Oregon?

The a la carte menu looked good and they serve a wide range of tapas.
