Nudity is totally unacceptable in Nepal by both men and women. Dress conservatively where possible. Remember to remove your shoes whenever entering a temple.
Due to the environment privacy can be hard to come by. Discretion will be appreciated. Try to use the local ‘charpi’ or toilets when possible, but if caught out in the hills try to bury faeces and keep a lighter handy to burn all toilet paper.
