Novi Zagreb&surroundings, Zagreb: 29 reviews and 47 photos
I didn't reach this area when I was in Zagreb. This is mainly for my own future reference when coming to Zagreb again next time. Hope it's a help to some of you maybe.
This area is south of Zagreb. This region had little tourism before the war & none even now !
Before the war, this region's many rivers were popular with local anglers & hunters to hunt in the woods.
Unfortunately, many landmines still (probably) exist this area especially around Karlovac & the de-mining process is still underway. Although the activity like angling & hunting have started to attract back tourists very very slowly.
How safe to be there ? Anyone can help ?
