The Krakow's castle is a huge, medieval complex of building, full of museums and other places which are worth to see. Located on the hill at the shore of the Wisla River dominates all its neighborhood. Since the Polish kings have been living there for many centuries it might be called the Heart of Poland.

Most of the castle is reserved from its shape comes from Renaissance. You can admire there the great castle's architecture, the cathedral, which used to be the place of the Polish kings' coronations and the place of their burials, the Bell of Zygmunt (Sigmunt), the "Heads Room," with 194 sculpted wooden heads on its ceiling, the state rooms, the rich collection of 136 tapestries from Flanders (arrases), and many many more.

I hope one day I will be able to write more detailed tips about each of these places separately.
