"Joan's Place" Manchester Backpacker's Hostel Tip by lolitajane

Unfortunately there are not many hostels in Manchester, I think there are only two, the one we stayed at and another called Potato Wharf.
I don't feel like recommending Joan's Place regarding location, because it's quite far from the city centre, it's in Old Trafford, and getting to the city centre by Metrolink will take you at least 25 minutes, which wasn't covenient at all for us. Despite this, everything was Ok and we felt at ease there.
