Palo Verde means green wood or stick in Spanish. As you can see on my picture this tree really has a green trunk and branches. Doesn't it look strange and unique? Do you know any other such tree?

From my friend... Palo_Verde:
The tree also has stickers (thorns). They are beautiful in spring when they bloom, bright yellow flowers, the tree looks like it glows.
