Favorite thing: The Jose Marti's statue is surrounded by 6 columns and by numerous palms. This statue is in white marmo, was built by Juan JosŤ Sicre is 18 metres high.

Inside the memorial you can visit the museum. You'll have 2 rooms dedicated to JosŤ Marti, the third room is dedicated to the history of the monument and of the square too, the fourth room is dedicated to contemporary art's exhibitions. In the entrance you'll also find el mural with 89 writes of JosŤ Marti. If you wanna visit only the museum you'll have to pay 3 dollars, if besides the museum you wanna go up to the top of the memorial (I recommend it!!!) you'll have to pay 5 dollars. An elevator will bring you 'till the top at 139 metres!!!
