Röstånga hostel: "Beautiful budget" Top 5 Page for this destination Sweden Hotel Tip by Sjalen

The minute you come here you feel "yes!" as you are cheered up by the sheer existance of the yellow "Villa Söderåsen" in the sun. Checking in is done at the inn below, which gives some nice surprises. One is that even though you still have to clean your room when you leave, you don't have to feel a complete failure if you miss something as they let the inn's hotel cleaning lady check the rooms when you have checked out. The other is that if you order breakfast at the hostel, it is served in the inn's old stable tack room restaurant so you feel as if you have paid more than you have. The hostel itself is inspiring because of its beauty. Rooms are often spacious and with unusual 20s furniture saved from older times, such as bedside tables, chests of drawers and the like. There are also tiny, tiny TV sets in each room. In the kitchen, you have to mark your food with your departure date as it is cleaned every day (which is also not the case in most other places where things can walk out by themselves after a while!). Beds are comfy and as an extra bonus, the place also houses Röstånga tourist information with loads of info on the National Park and north west Skåne in general. Finally, one of the entrances to the National Park is just beside the hostel.
