"Never enough of these ..." Norway Warnings Or Dangers Tip by diocletianvs

Norway Warnings and Dangers: 120 reviews and 96 photos

Norway is an expensive country.
For one night in a hotel in Oslo I can rent an appartment in Zagreb for a month. The ticket for the Oslo airport train costs the same as a train return ticket between Zagreb and Budapest. I had a lunch in Stockholm for a price of a sandwich in Trondheim. The train ride between Oslo and Bergen is 4 times more expensive than a Ryanair ticket between Oslo and London....

If you notice that prices for fruits in some supermarkets are similar to those in your homecountry check again. They are most probably prices per one piece and not per kilo as you would expect.... (It happened to me).

In short: you'll need a lot of kroner here. (Bring everything you can carry from your home country).

The only thing that I found cheaper than in Croatia is ice cream. Especially if you buy big 2 liter boxes.
