We decided to hire a condo for our short stay in Whistler. It was truly a home away form home. You have everything you could possibly want. Full size washing machine and tumble dryer, detergent provided, fully equipped kitchen with basic ingredients so you can cook a decent meal without having to go out and but a ton of groceries. TV, VCR (video store across the road), games, puzzles, books and videos, free internet connection- basic computer supplied.
We had a two bedroom unit (unit 124) which is split onto two levels. The best part is the private hot tub on a large, partially covered top deck. Every evening we would sit in the tub with snow overhanging the roof and watch the steam rise, it even started to snow the one day which was quite an experience. Don’t make a mistake of going in, in the morning, I couldn’t keep my eyes open it is that relaxing. We paid about C$170 for the condo per day on November 2002 (just before the peak season)
