Alcudia usually is a picturesque city in the north east of the island, but we made the mistake to go there on a tuesday morning, when there is a huge tourist market in the narrow streets of the town. The Bay of Alcudia is close by and so thousands of tourists are entering the town. It sure is much more worth a visit on every other day, cause it has an old city wall surrounding the old part of the town and pretty narrow streets to stroll around. In between there is a nice placa where you should sit down for a cold drink... except on tuesdays!!!
