The Pink Door: "Quaint, charming, Italian flair and food!" Italian Cuisine Tip by wanderlust23

Italian Cuisine, Seattle: 22 reviews and 11 photos

This restaurant can be found in Post Alley, a small little alley found near Pike Street Market and usually only known well by locals. The Pink Door is found behind a small, pink door in an unassuming part of the alley. When you walk inside, however, the atmosphere gives you the feeling that you're in some quaint, little restaurant in a small Italian town.

Down some stairs, by a fountain, past a few decorated tables - you'll notice that the walls are decorated in a colorful, Italian theme. In the summer, you'll most likely find a sign pointing to the outdoor deck asking you to 'Come around back, we're on the deck'.

Once outside, you have a lovely veiw of the Puget Sound glittering in the sunlight. A grapevine laden pergola sits atop the deck allowing for some shade.

All in all, a very pleasant dining experience!

Favorite Dish: The best dish on the menu has got to be the smoked cheese pasta. Very tasty!

Also notable is the bruschetta!
