"Bull running !!!" Azcoitia Things to Do Tip by woef

Think before you run.
In this small city with the many narrow streets there’s only one bull set “free”. The bull has a rope of approx. 70metres long around his neck. Spread over the city are hooks in the walls to connect the bull. They move the bull from one hook to another. This means that at some moments the bull is not tied up. My advice; try to find out where the next hook is before you start annoying the bull. This means you don’t get surprised by the bull which is moving towards you at high speed, while 1500 Basque people are driving him in your direction. (I had to make a death-jump into a pelote-field to save my ass!)
Have fun.
By the way, don’t think the bull will get tired. If so, they change him by a fresh one.
