Outside the Old Cemetery in Josefov

Behind the wall on the right lies the Old Jewish cemetery, holding over 12,000 gravestones, which have marked places in the cemetary since 1439. Kafka is of course the most famous Prague Jew, but others contributed the story of the Golem, which you might be familiar with. I can't remember the details, I'm afraid...There is also a "New Jewish Cemetery" at Zelivskeho which some tell me is equal to or better than the original.
