The famed astronomical clock of Stare Mesto
by DrewV

Every hour, a massive crowd gathers in Old Town Square, surrounded by pamphleteers and pickpockets, to watch a spectacle unfold, the likes of which they have not seen. On the wall of the town hall stands the Astronomical Clock, its intricate gears moving hours, minutes, planets, puppets, and all sorts of strange and marvelous gizmos.

If you can see it. Chances are fairly high in the summer that you'll see nothing but the back of some bald guy's head. That's more or less what I saw, and I'm 6 feet tall. Still, I've heard that if you can see the clock, it's very interesting..

Address: Starometske namesti.
Directions: Old-Town Square
