Wong Kei: "Quirky Chinese" Wong Kei's Tip by paradisedreamer

Wong Kei's, London: 15 reviews and 8 photos

People go to Wong Kei for the experience and not the excellent cuisine (IMHO). The waiters are renowned as being rude, you are plonked at whichever table suits them and you usually share with another party. The menu is extensive and cheap. After being flung your food you are hurried out for the next victims to await their fate, the rudeness is more of a pantomime than reality. The Wong Kei experience is something to behold. You don?t need to book (you probably can?t anyway), they?ll fit you in somewhere.
