In the city centre, this building was the first to be constructed for the labourers of the Cathedral. This was somewhere for the builders to chill out, after a hards days mosonery and toil. Dating back to 1230, reception area is full of antiques including a clock built by prisoners of war from the Nepoleon wars. There is also Vaginian Ivy which is over 500 years old still hanging in the courtyard, and a ghostly cavaliar. The London Mail carriage The Flying Machine used to stop here, and many famouse people have stayed here.

Unique Qualities: There is a car park, meeting rooms and black timbered beams.all the bedrooms have private bathrooms, colour TV with Sky, radio, tea and coffee tray, direct dial telephone and hair dryer. A lift is also available
