"Fair Hill Training Center" Fair Hill Sports & Outdoors Tip by grandmaR
Fair Hill Sports & Outdoors: 1 reviews and 1 photos
Apparently the place we used to hold rallies is now a sophisticated training facility for thoroughbreds.
From their website: "The Fair Hill Training Center is located in Cecil County, Maryland, just 10 minutes off I-95, midway between Philadelphia, PA and Baltimore, MD.
"Situated on 350 acres of beautiful Maryland countryside adjoining the 5,600-acre Fair Hill Preserve (formerly the foxhunting estate of William DuPont, Jr.), the Fair Hill Training Center offers the freedom to customize your horse's training program. Trainers have the flexibility of using our one-mile dirt track, our 7/8-mile wood chip track or many acres of cross-country areas. During turf season, we also have a 7/8-mile turf course available.
"Horses are easily transported to East Coast tracks to race, without obligation to the individual Racing Secretaries"
Equipment: "The Fair Hill Training Center delivers year-round results. Come by for a visit to see the difference Fair Hill can make in your racing program."
