"Hundertwasserhaus~" Hundertwasserhaus Tip by Audrey118
Hundertwasserhaus, Vienna: 130 reviews and 273 photos
This is an art noveau architecture home to several Viennese. Completed in mid 1980s, it must have been the namesake first project.
It has interesting 3 D concept, and also mutli colours and has lots of fresh plants giving it a ecological look. You can only notice the onion domes, if you stand far from it...say perhaps start looking when you get off from the train station.
I did like it, it is something different from the baroque styled, viennese styles building.... it is to me very much in the theme of superior architect Gaudi from Barcelona, Spain altho I think Gaudi works are much earlier, and ahead of his time......
Address: great and unique architecture
Directions: Between Löwengasse & Untere Weißgerberstraße
