Unst... the nothernmost island of the United Kingdom: roughly rectangular, largely flat (the highest point is Saxa Vord, at 285m), sparsely populated, and bopasts one hotel, the Baltasound Hotel. Let's face it: one doesn't go to Unst for sights, of which there are very few - one comes for its location, and for its delightful fog: thicker than anywhere else. You can find the Uk's most northerly everything here... what I found was perfect silence. The whole island is eerie in a positive way.
