Almost all the campgrounds close to highway 60 all have facilities like showers, toilets and washrooms. On my last trip I stayed at the Pog Lake campground and they had a totally new facility building here, which was great. But I think I should add a word of warning though. When you go during the high season the campgrounds are very busy, and that also means that the facilities are overcrowded. It is not uncommon to have to stand in line and wait for a long long time before you can have a shower. A trick I used at many Ontario parks is not to take the main facility building on the campground, but look if there are any on the outskirts of the campground. Maybe it is a bit further away to get there, but they are not that busy most of the time. Of course it is much easier to avoid the crowds (and in all ways much more enjoyable) to travel off season to Algonquin Park.
