Capitol City Brewing Company: "Washington DC's first brewpub since prohibition" Capitol City Brewing Company Tip by spartan

The company policy is to bring the fine craft of brewing to every person who lives and visits their restaurants as well as treating them to a wonderful meal and a great experience...I must say that they have done that!!!

Favorite Dish: There are many wonderful dishes to choose from, so that makes it difficult to pick just one, so I decided on the Grilled Pork Tenderloin (tender hand cuts of pork brushed with chipotle BBQ sauce and grilled served with garlic-cheddar mashed potatoes and roasted corn relish). For the brew, I tried the Prohibition Porter (a dark colored, roasty flavored beer with a mild maltiness that balances the hop bitterness).
