"Poulnabrone Dolmen" Poulnabrone Dolmen Tip by Ash59
Poulnabrone Dolmen, Ballyvaughan: 3 reviews and 3 photos
You will find this tomb on the left as you travel down the curvey R480 from Ballyvaughan. It is not very well marked but all you need to do is watch out (literally, if you are speeding!) for the numerous cars and occasional buses that are park on and off the road near the entrance gate.
We visited during a quiet time when the weather was not at its best so there were not that many visitors but, even so, parking was difficult as the road is barely two cars wide and there is no actual allocated parking spaces.
