"Salmon, salmon, salmon" Kamchatskaya Oblast' Restaurant Tip by XenoHumph

If you go to Kamchatka, I sure hope you like salmon!! This was the staple food, easy to get in the thousands of rivers and creek that crisscross Kamchatka. We also were served very nice soups and chicken and potatoe crookpot dishes.

Drinks were mainly tea, some coffee that did not taste like coffee and some local prune marinated drink. Water was safe to drink, coming directly from natural springs in this pristine and wild country.
