"The cemetry Tour continues" Civil Rights Museum Tip by Sarah169

Civil Rights Museum, Memphis: 20 reviews and 46 photos

After visting where Kennedy was shot, and doing a graveyard tour in New Orleans, it was only right that we payed out respects to Martin Luther King Junior.

We managed to go to the Civil rights museum, which is split into 2 locations. The hotel where he was shot, and the building across the street. Again, this is full of conspiracy theories, but these get overshadowed by the history of the civil rights movements.

This is an eye opener if your not too good at history like me, and to get to see the hotel room and the balcony where MLK was, is a very strange feeling. Like going back in time.
