There is an increasing amount of people in Sheffield that are begging on the streets. Some are genuine and some are not. Acouple of years ago there was an article in the local paper about a young man begging for money......the people walk past........feel sorry and give him money........at the end of the day he was being picked up in a mercedes car. Use your judgement and find your own conscience.
