Estonia Sports & Outdoors: 4 reviews and 5 photos
As Estonia is largely surrounded by water, watersports are extremely popular here. People go scuba-divinsince there are many interesting ship wrecks and reliefs under water. Even though you won't see any colourful reefs and fishes, there is still plenty to see under water here.
Another very popular sports acitvity is conoeing and kayaking on the rivers, as there are many suitable rivers in Estonia. Some of the rivers, like Piusa, are also exteremely intersting due to the fascinating banks or rough conditions. There are different rivers for different abilities - from very easy sightseeing trips to really difficult sports practice.
Even though the beaches in Estonia are not famous for high waves and great conditions for surfing, many people do that as well - surfung as well as windsurfing, and sailing is also very popular. You can also do parasailing, paragliding, waterskiing and anything else you basically need water for.
Equipment: You can rent the equipment in many places on the beaches in main cities and towns and on the main beaches.
