Casa Vasca: "Basque Cuisine" Top 5 Page for this destination New Jersey Restaurant Tip by nicolettart

My family has been coming here for years. You will meet Maria, the lovely and personable proprietor. The service is excellent, and the food is Spanish Basque. You must have the chorizo and garlic shrimp for appetizers. Then maybe you and a friend can split an entree, or get one for each of you, if you're really hungry. The portions are oversized. Don't get the paella unless you are starving because you will be brought a cast iron pot filled with rice and shellfish. I am not exaggerating!! Expect to bring home doggie bags.
