"CAZUELA DE AVE" Chile Restaurant Tip by swesn

Chile Restaurants: 87 reviews and 81 photos

When I made another attempt to ask some Chileans what is a local dish, they told me 'Cazuela de Ave' which is basically 'Chicken Soup'.

There are large pieces of chicken, potatoes, rice, onions and peppers swimming around the clear stew.

In ARICA, there are many 'set-lunch' diners along the streets and 'Cazuela' is usually served as a starter.
