The first animals I saw just after entering the ZOO were a lot of beautiful Carribean Flamingoes (phoenicopterus r. ruber). Why did they bend their necks so strange? I could say: Fantactic colors of Flamingoes (not Benetton)!

They live not only in the Carribean but in Central and South America as well - hmm... I would like to see them there someday :-).
