Very close to city center. Other options would be Yafeya or Omtel. Or you may prefer Cavusoglu Hotel for its proximity to the airport.
Definitely, the city is worth to build more and more good hotels, especialy one or two five star ones. Formerly Buyuk Hotel were dominating the market. Because of country's financial situation and lack of local support, its future is unknown. Having air, sea, rail and road connections, Samsun needs a regular hotel system...
