"Lodging" Oia Village Tip by Sharrie

Oia Village, Santorini Island: 105 reviews and 233 photos

Plenty of such beautiful accommodation in Santorini. Some with great views, some no. It's always a matter of price. On the average, at least triple if you are choosing one that's facing the sea.

My suggestion, forget about those expensive ones. Firstly, they are far away from town, ie. you've got to walk a lot to get to the restaurants. 2ndly, if you are like me, you'd be bored to death after 1 hour of the same view! & lastly, unless you are on honeymoon or trying to impress your girlfriend or boyfriend or whatever, why spend the money when you can get the same type of rooms in town?

I like to be on the move when I'm on a trip. Not sitting in the hotel doing nothing. That I can do it any time at home!
