Splurge on a good expensive Peking Duck when in Beijing. The cheap ones can be disappointing. But a good one (up to Y100) is heavenly!
How to eat :
The Peking Duck is thinly sliced and mostly the crispy skin of the duck is proffered. There are pieces of crepes, some shallots and plum sauce.
Spread plum sauce on the crepe, add in the piece of duck or duck skin, shallots and wrap it up and pop into your mouth.
