Favorite thing: Check out the Alcazar. This was the palace of the Moorish Kings of Sevilla before Pedro the Cruel (or Just, depending on whether he beheaded you or not) moved in. The palace is splendid, with fine arches, patio, fountains, and galleries. Sure, it pales next to the Alhambra, but it's still the second greatest Moorish palace in Spain. Also, the English audio tour is first-rate.
