The Tower is one of the most visited tourist spots in London, se prepare your self to stand in line at the ticket boots.

Once you?ve passed the ticket boots, you see a book and souvenir shop on your right hand; this was the spot were one stood the Lion tower. In this tower were kept wild animals, these wild animals were used to show at visiting monarchs. Stories tell that the treasuries and the crown jewels were protected by thus wild animals.
Around 1835, these animals were gifted at the London Zoo.

I visited London in February 2003, and I paid 11,50 Pound to get in the Tower. Well to be honest, I think this is not cheap, it is rather expensive. (About 18,5 Euro or 18,5 US $).

But I found everything in London expensive, so it was in the same line as all the rest.
