"Pay attention to the Medieval palaces" Valencia Things to Do Tip by DanielF

Valencia Things to Do: 525 reviews and 1,179 photos

The Palace of the Almirall is one of the few Medieval palaces that have survived to history in the old center of Valencia. Although the original building was Gothic, there have been a lot of additions and modifications along the centuries, but the building has kept its structure, organised around a beatiful arcaded patio. The palace hosts currently the Regional Finance Ministry.

Very close to the palace, you can find the so-called Baths of the Almirall, a XIV century bathhouse that follows the model of the Arab baths.
