1969 Bernhard Sprengel donated his big collection of modern art to the city Hannover. Now the Sprengel Museum houses a diverse collection of modern paintings, sculptures and other items. The Museum is famous for its exhibitions of Emil Nolde, Horst Antes, Kurt Schwitters and Niki de St. Phalle.

Wednesdays to Sundays: 10am to 6 pm
