Favorite thing: Kyiv has not only beautiful buildings and chestnuts. There is a big variety of museums. Some collections are world known.

Fondest memory: This golden pectoral is the most famous excibit. It was found during the arhceological works near Zapoizhzya, in Ukrainian steppes.
Many centuries ago Ukrainian steppes were populated with Scythians, which were worriors troops. Noble Scythians were burried in very rich graves. They put gold, silver, tableware, sword (if it was a man) or jewellery (if it was a woman) and others.
On the grave they made bid earth hill, 'kurhan'. The kurhan 'Tovsta Mohyla' near Zapoizhzya was a burial place of Scythian Kings (Tsars). The golden pectoral was a jewellery of Scythian Queen (Tsaritsa).
The pectoal was shown in many countries, such as France, UK, USA and others. That is a real unique gem.
