Want to know the difference between an alligator and a crocodile?
Their teeth are a good way to tell them apart.
Almost all of the crocodile's teeth stay on the outside of the mouth when closed. The upper and lower teeth showing makes them look like they are smiling.
The alligator has a slight overbite. The bottom teeth fit inside the top.
