Naga at the South Gate of Angkor Thom...

Favorite thing: One of the most striking architetural features at Angkor is the Naga, or the Serpent Balustrade.

The Naga consists of two long rows of stone figures that flank a causeway over a moat, or the like. Gods on one side, and the demons on the other, both support a long nine-headed serpent. These can be seen at each of the main entrances to Angkor Wat.
